Image Retouching

Just a few samples of image retouching work. Images can also be distorted, filters applied to them, special effects and much more. Colour casts can be removed from images, we can sharpen pictures, brighten them, give them more contrast so there is no excuse to have bad images anymore!

We also offer a bespoke service where we can superimpose a friend or loved one's image onto a seperate project, for example, your friend with their favourite celebrity! Samples to follow to illustrate this.

In this image, the Client asked me to colour the picture as it was originally in black and white. Click on the image to see before and after transition in a new window.

Healing old Images

This image was old and cracked. I was able to 'heal' the cracks and generally tidy it up. Images can be scanned from old photographs or even negatives if you don'y have the print.

Mending a Postcard

For this project, the Client wished to use an old postcard as an invitation to a play she was involved with. The card was very old with sellotape marks on the front. Tne name was in the bottom right corner and this needed to be removed. She also wanted the writing removed from the reverse of the card byt the postmark and stamps leaving in.
